Bemutatkozás
Dr. Avraham Weber fő kutatási területe a nemzetközi humanitárius jog, valamint a náci időszak jogsértéseihez kapcsolódó kártalanítási jog és az azt követően Közép- és Kelet-Európában kialakított megállapodások rendszere. Az elmúlt években európai kutatásokban vett részt a náci időszakban elrabolt műtárgyak kérdéséről és e probléma modern szabályozási megoldásairól. Jelenleg a német szociális és közigazgatási jogot, valamint az európai jogot és az alkotmányjogot kutatja, különös tekintettel az emberi jogok védelmére, amely kiegészíti nemzetközi humanitárius jogi munkáját. Az utóbbi években részt vesz a mesterséges intelligencia technológiák alkalmazásával és szabályozásával kapcsolatos szakmai vitákban is.

Introduction
Main focus is International Humanitarian law and Compensation laws for NS Wrong doing during WWII, and the extended arrangments that were reached after that period in Central and Eastern Europe. In recent years, I have been involved with cross European research on NS Looted Art, and modern regulatory solution to this issue.
Currently, I am involved in researching German Social and Adminitrative law, as also European Law, and Constitutional law – protection of Human rights (complimantory to my work in the field of International Humanitarian Law).
In recent years, am involved in discussions relating to the application of AI technologies and their regulation.
